Sake + Shochu Gumi

Fans of Yamaneko, Akarui Nouson, and Shiroyutaka Sweet Potato Shochus should reach for this well-rounded shochu sooner rather than later. Ample florals on the nose, subtle chamomile, pear, and fresh sliced sweet potato. The palate has bitter chocolate, pancake, black pepper, and mango. The finish is polite and refreshing, urging you to repeat the application. Enjoy this easy-drinking shochu on the rocks or oyuwari (float 6 parts shochu on top of 4 parts hot water).
