Sake + Shochu Gumi

This is a quintessential karakuchi (dry style) sake, with subtle aromatics on the nose like subtle sharp cheddar, grape, and melon. On the palate, this thing is so pleasantly bone dry. It has great notes of meyer lemon peel, lychee, almond skins, and a touch of white pepper, all with a refreshingly astringent dry finish. Bring Kingoro-san along in your sake exploits, and don't forget to bring some duck or lamb!
