We love the Tsukushi Kuro (black), so we brought on this Tsukushi Shiro (white) to complete the line. While the Tsukushi Kuro is toasty and warm, the shiro version is clean with notes of crisp apple, owing to vacuum distillation (as opposed to atmospheric, like Tsukushi Black).
Refreshing on the rocks or mixed with soda water, a perfect compliment to fresh seafood like ceviche or sashimi with ponzu.
