The Classic is Wakaze's 100% French Junmai sake made with Camargue rice, French water, and wine yeast. We taste playful notes of candy cap, licorice, and cherries alongside tart acidity.

Wakaze Sake is located in Paris and helmed by Takuma Inagawa and Shoya Imai. Their vision at the brewery is "to democratize sake for everyone, we’re respecting tradition while breaking conventions. Combining Japanese expertise with French influence. Bringing together the best of two cultures." They also have a restaurant called Wakaze that serves French and Japanese fusion.
