Wakaze's Nigori Sake is made from the same French ingredients as their junmai, The Classic – Camargue rice, French water, and wine yeast. With pronounced minerality, an aroma of yogurt, and a crisp bitterness, this nigori is a refreshing low alcohol option at just 12% ABV.

Wakaze Sake is located in Paris and helmed by Takuma Inagawa and Shoya Imai. Their vision at the brewery is, "to democratize sake for everyone, we’re respecting tradition while breaking conventions. Combining Japanese expertise with French influence. Bringing together the best of two cultures." They also have a restaurant called Wakaze that serves French and Japanese fusion.
