Sake + Shochu Gumi

Wakaze's Yuzu Sake is made with no added sugar, using yuzu from Eus, in the Occitania region of France. It is macerated with mint to enhance the brightness of the yuzu.

Wakaze Sake is located in Paris and helmed by Takuma Inagawa and Shoya Imai. Their vision at the brewery is, "to democratize sake for everyone, we’re respecting tradition while breaking conventions. Combining Japanese expertise with French influence. Bringing together the best of two cultures." They also have a restaurant called Wakaze that serves French and Japanese fusion.
