We love using this shiro dashi to add into soups, broths, and sauces to dial up the umami. And it's your best friend when you are in a pinch and you don't have the time to make dashi. This umami-packed concentrated dashi is full of savory and salty flavors that we use in noodle soups and miso soup. For clear soups and ozoni, dilute the sauce by about 9 times. For udon, chawanmushi, oden, simmered dishes, and hotpots, dilute the sauce by about 6 times.
