This daiginjo uses the shizuku method, where fermented moromi is put into bags and then hung up. The clear sake slowly drips out by the force of gravity resulting in a silky, luxurious texture. Enjoy aromas of tropical fruit like pineapple, and guava. Serve chilled in a wine glass.
