Batch #8 from Scarlet’s Cask Marriage line of barrel-aged aperitivi made with 25 estate-grown and locally sourced botanicals featuring lemon balm, golden berry sprouts, sage, angelica root, licorice, cinnamon, jasmine flowers, and blood orange peel. Botanicals are macerated in neutral sugarcane spirit then aged over 2 years in oak casks previously used to age whiskies from Chichibu, Kanosuke, and Asaka Distilleries.

Naturally colored using cochineal insect dye.
