Shichida is a classically dry, easy drinking, and sturdy sake. "Your favorite sake drinker's favorite sake," as it has been dubbed around these parts in the past. It has an excellent balance of acidity, honey-sweetness, and a hint of fruity apples. We love this one chilled, room temp, or warm! Sky's the limit. Get to it!
