Sake and Shochu Gumi

A blend of three different Japanese whiskies from distilleries around Kyoto. The palate is a cornucopia of fruit and spices that highlight the malt character of the dram. Get notes of strawberry, sweet malt, orange peel and vanilla. The palate has salted caramel, apples and spice. One of the best introductions to the mastery of Japanese blending that we've come across in years!
