Sake and Shochu Gumi

Made with 80% soba (buckwheat) flour and 20% wheat flour, this delicious soba has a slight nutty flavor, with great texture. This high quality soba from Japan is an excellent source of protein and fiber, without the excessive salt or any MSG, sometimes found in other soba brands.

Just boil noodles for five minutes and enjoy hot or cold with tsuyu (dipping sauce) using Japanify's recipe. Save the water you used to boil the soba for sobayu – add to the tsuyu and sip after your meal!
