Harada 80 Junmai has been such a well-loved and successful sake with all of you that we finally brought in this crisp Junmai Daiginjo! Only slightly more adult than its sibling Harada 80, this sake is full of lush tropical fruit notes, blood orange sweetness and acidity, and perfect heavy cream finish.  We get a cornucopia of fruits including papaya, blood orange, pear, apple, and herbaceous tarragon, with a crisp acidity. This sake has fantastic structure and will be best enjoyed chilled with simmered vegetables, poultry, or just on its own as a solid sipper.
