Sake and Shochu Gumi

If you have an abundance of Japanese restaurants in your vicinity like we do in the Bay Area, there's no doubt you've languished over all of your favorite places being closed on Monday and Tuesday (especially if you're prone to industry weekends); we hope these noodles can scratch the itch! These are some of the best instant ramen packs we've found available around here, and we're excited to share them.

The noodles are firm, nice and smooth, and packed into straight bundles, not fried and shaped into a wrinkled square. The shoyu broth is excellent - not overly salty, but with a deep bonito flavor and richness of good shoyu. This ramen is quick and easy. Boil the noodles and add the packet directly to the pot! We recommend the Yukihira nabe!
