The is the world's first rum finished in Mizunara Oak and filtered through coral thats been washed ashore and bleached. Minoki is a blend of Pacific rum and Japanese rum  that's made from Okinawan sugar cane. We get notes of grass, temple incense, burnt sugar, nutmeg and spearmint.

Minoki donates a portion of their proceeds to help protect and restore coral reefs that are declining worldwide.
