Sake and Shochu Gumi

We are honored to be the exclusive retailer of Hawaiian Shochu bottles on the mainland, made with aloha on Oahu.

This newest release of Nami Hana made with sweet potatoes grown on the Big Island's Hamakua Coast. It is a muroka (unfiltered) and genshu (tank strength) shochu, so you’ll notice it is a little cloudy, with a peppery, earthy palate, and a dry, yet lingering body. Get bright minerality and vegetal notes along with passionfruit and chamomile.

From the distiller: Please shake lightly before you serve, and finish as soon as possible (within the month). Keep Nami Hana at room temp but please avoid direct sunlight.
