Sake and Shochu Gumi

This lightly textured chenin from Clarksburg has fresh acidity with classic notes of chamomile and citrus with a nice mineral backbone. We recommend decanting or leaving the bottle open for a little bit to let the wine wake up, and don't chill it too cold. Pair with oysters at the beach, or a seafood pasta. The label was designed by Tamiko Sidore.
