Batch 9 is here! We are happy to host the release of Den's latest sake with brewmaster Yoshihiro Sako and his partner Lani. Come party with us!
This batch might be our favorite yet – and quite different from previous batches. Yoshi and Lani say: "get notes of melon, kiwi, pineapple, fresh pine nuts, and enoki mushroom. Popping acidity reminiscent of under-ripe strawberry and pickle-brine offers solid structure on palate, with gentle umami tail on the finish." With an SMV of +3.0 and acidity of 2.3, this sake is a great pairing for rich dishes.
Sako will guide us through Batch 9 at the Umami Mart Bar. And he may bring other surprises!
