Jesse Pugach of Fifth Taste has been a long time friend of Umami Mart. We've developed a great relationship with this sake sensei since we started selling sake back in 2014. He's always pointed us in the right direction for new and exciting sakes – from muroka nama genshus to fruit forward sakes. So when he told us that the first pallets of his own imports landed stateside, we were so excited for him (and us)! To see Jesse's own Fifth Taste labels on the back of these bottles is a great reason to celebrate. Plus, what's inside will blow your mind!
