Sake and Shochu Gumi

Mimosa in a bottle, anyone? This juicy and bright fruit sake uses lemon in addition to Amanatsu and Natsu Mikan oranges harvested in Summer from Wakayama prefecture. Fans of umeshu will know that Wakayama has simply the best when it comes to little fruits!

The oranges are squeezed with the skin on to release oils and zest into the brew. The result is a refreshing, citrusy delight that's not too sweet and combines all the best parts of eating mikan (mandarin oranges) with the best parts of drinking sake. Enjoy this chilled, on the rocks, or as a spritz!
