Sake and Shochu Gumi

To honor the extraordinary entrepreneurial spirit of the late Mikio Kiuchi, Toshiyuki Kiuchi's father. Hitachino Nest beer distilled in pot stills, then steeped with the botanicals and distilled a second time. The beer distillate is blended with Kiuchi Rice Shochu.Β 

Infused with juniper berries, Japanese Yuzu peel, Fukure Mikan mandarins harvested at the foot of Mt.Tukuba in Ishioka city, cherry blossom leaves, green tea produced in Ibaraki prefecture, Coriander, orange peel, lemon peel, Japanese Sansho pepper, cinnamon and green cardamom.
