Sake and Shochu Gumi

This delectable brown sugar shochu from Amami Island in Okinawa is aged in American white oak and French Limousin casks. This is Japan's answer to an aged rum. Smooth, with a complex, earthy sweetness that lingers long after your last sip. It's an irresistible bouquet of raisins, chocolate, and honey!

The label features the four elements of Amami Island: ocean waves, palm, hibiscus and habu (a venomous snake native to the island).
