We don't stop, won't stop! It's been a whirlwind of book events since Everyday Sake was released in May, with events in NYC, Portland, Seattle, LA and all over the Bay Area. We're going big for our final stop of 2026: TOKYO!
This one you don't want to miss because Anders Arhoj, brilliant designer and illustrator of Everyday Sake and founder of Studio Arhoj, will be joining us from Copenhagen.
Plus Hiroyoshi Matsuse of Matsuse Shuzo from Shiga is meeting us in Tokyo to debut our collaboration release sakes that were created just for the book.
This event will include a conversation with us and Anders, moderated by Eatrip director and chef Yuri Nomura and sake tasting. Interpretation will be provided by Shizuka Wakashita, a Tokyo-based drinks professional who works across both sake and wine.
