Deluxe is an understatement for this limited edition sake that commemorates the seventh generation of the brewing family. This sake uses very highly polished Yamada Nishiki rice, unlocking aromas of white peach, melon, apricot blossom, wheatgrass and white pepper. The pristine waters of Echigo Yuzawa lend an unmistakable silky texture and soft, dry finish.

The toji (brewmaster) Takaki Matsumoto visited Umami Mart in 2023 and explained that this sake differs annually because he hones his craft year after year. For that reason, we look forward to trying it every year.

This regal sake come in a bottle with a multifaceted finish that's encased in a navy box with an embossed paper belt.
