After being cooped up for these last two years in Oakland, Yoko and Kayoko are heading to New York! In honor of April's Sake Gumi theme, ABS (American Born Sake), we will be taking a flight from SFO to JFK to visit Brooklyn Kura, New York City's premier sake brewery. Two of Brooklyn Kura's sakes are featured in Sake Gumi, so we're eager to take a tour of their brewery and hang out in their tasting room with Brandon Doughan + Brian Polen, founders of the brewery.
