Yuki No Mannen "Snow Penguin" Sweet Potato Shochu (BTL 720ml)

Watanabe Shuzo in Miyazaki grows sweet potatoes on their family farm and make shochu using spontaneous fermentation with strains of yeast found in the rafters of their building. 

Floral aromas of lavender and honeysuckle, lightly sweet tropical flavors with a slight touch of caramel.
