Made using local Ehime grown nanko ume and single-distilled rice shochu, this mutenka (additive-free) umeshu is light, tart, and juicy. We get notes of orange creamsicle and acerola cherries. Choose this as a light and bright alternative to the sultry Beninanko. Enjoy this chilled right out of the bottle, on the rocks, with soda, or use it to augment a favorite cocktail of yours! We recommend a splash in your gin highball.
