Wakaze Founder and CEO Takuma Inagawa will be here with us to pour and discuss his namesake junmai, nigori, and yuzu sakes. And we'll have his newest bottle from Paris to share too, alongside Wakaze izakaya's signature snacks. À tout à l'heure!
