Every year, a limited amount of cases of Born Gold arrive in the U.S. This highly coveted, smooth daiginjo has hints of cedar, licorice, and plenty of umami. Born Gold is a muroka sake made with the absence of carbon filtration.

Notice the slightly golden color of this sake due to the fact that it has not undergone charcoal filtration. This also adds to its texture, making it silky. This sake has been aged for over a year at -10°C for a mellow flavor.
