Our good friend Erin Gleeson of The Forest Feast is coming out with her new book, Forest Feast Road Trip next week! We are so excited for this as its a tribute to California, chock full of recipes for vegetarian snacks, easy dinners, and most importantly, cocktail hour!
We will be joining Erin on Tuesday, March 22 for her publication day launch party on Zoom, where we'll be giving a short tutorial on making a drink from her new book, the Pacific Paloma. Then, Erin will be showing us how to watercolor! It's going to be great fun and we can't wait to see you there. Make sure to pre-order the book here!
Erin and Kayoko go waaaay back – they met in college at Santa Barbara, studied abroad in Italy together for a year (and traveled all throughout Europe, from Paris to Budapest), then they both moved to New York City where Erin pursued her photography career. Erin contributed her magnificent, luscious photos to the Umami Mart blog since its beginning, in 2007.
