We are thrilled to team up with Honkaku Spirits and Winebow to bring you a night of cocktails alongside retro beats from Japan!
Honkaku Spirits has fast become a frontrunner in importing new and special Japanese spirits made with koji, Japan's miracle mold. If you've ever had the pleasure of enjoying Takamine 8 Year Koji Whiskey, you can thank the good people at Honkaku!
Join us for specialty cocktails using fresh and exciting koji spirits from Honkaku Spirits – we especially love the new Chuko Yokka Koji Awamori for cocktails, with its high ABV that packs a punch. Bartender maven Troy Bayless will be whipping up a super special cocktail menu to highlight these exciting Japanese spirits. Tokyo Beatniks will be adding to the evening by spinning Japanese 1960s & 1970s vinyl records. Jake from Honkaku Spirits will be here to talk to everyone about the miracles of koji in these special spirits!
