With the great red-faced tengu (legendary red-faced yokai creature) as their mascot, Daitengu Brewery has been in operation since 1872 and has been refining their craft ever since. After visiting the Fukushima brewery in February, Saori Kobari, the fifth generation toji (brewmaster) is bringing her expertise to Umami Mart! We'll be serving three of her sakes; Daitengu Mask Tokubestu Junmai, Fall Hiyaoroshi Usake, and Daitengu Space Sake brought directly from Japan. Be there or be square!
The $35 flight will include: three limited, seasonal sakes, including a suitcase bottle exclusive!
