JOIN SAKE GUMI, OUR MONTHLY SAKE SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE

Mukai Shuzo is one of the only breweries in Japan with a female toji (head brewer). Kuniko-san is known to experiment with unusual rice strains and yeasts. Ine Mankai is made with red rice, resulting in a beautiful rose color with aromas of shoyu, stewed tomato and flavors of pomegranate.

This smokey, acidic, sherry-like sake is unlike any sake you've had before. We love this sake on its own, chilled or on-the-rocks, or paired with a stinky blue cheese. Mind blown!

This bottle is a Sake Gumi selection! It was featured in "June 2023 Sakqueso"
