Father's Day June 18

A highly prized shochu aged in sherry barrels, and made with sweet potatoes and white koji. This shochu has a thick and creamy texture and shares brandy and sherry characteristics, while retaining all the richness of sweet potato genshu. What is the "Angel's Share", you ask? Merriam-Webster defines the phrase as: "The amount of an alcoholic spirit that is lost to evaporation when the liquid is being aged in porous barrels."
