Sake and Shochu Gumi

Don't let this crown cap fool you - this wine's effervescence is closer to a txakoli; just slightly fizzy. The stone fruit sweetness is balanced by a slightly over-fermented kombucha note. Enjoy ice cold with grilled fish or with something briny, maybe like a caponata. The label is the family crest for Yamachan Wine founder Akari Yamamura.
