Kanosuke’s Double Distillery Blended Malt & Grain Whisky is the result of the combined efforts of two brothers wishing to honor their grandfather, Kanosuke Komasa, with a collaborative whisky blend. Distilled at both the Kanosuke Distillery and their nearby Hioki Distillery, this blend of malted and unmalted whiskies produced from 100% barley is carefully crafted to accentuate each of its components and rounds out the core range from Kanosuke. Notes of sticky sweet ume on the front palate followed by cinnamon and chocolate playing well with a butterscotch backbone.
