Mother's Day is May 11

Searching for a natural sake? Look no further. This minimal intervention sake uses estate grown, pesticide free rice, and is brewed using the yamahai method (a traditional starter method with naturally occurring lactic acid). The brewery fuses calm and strength in this sake, which exhibits rich umami, and a mellow texture that finishes dry.
This sake is also nama (unpasteurized), muroka (un charcoal filtered), and a genshu (undilited), so it packs a punch!

An added bonus is that you will be able to enjoy the complex herbal and earthy characteristics of Omachi rice. Have at room temperature or warm.

"From our own fields to bottle" is the motto of Oka Hiroaki, President of Akishika Shuzo, who only use rice grown from their own 25 hectares of biodynamic farms to brew their sake.
