Capturing our hearts with it adorable ermine in their scarves this sake boasts a fizzy lime nose with noticeable minerality. It then transports you to Japan's infamous apple-land, Aomori! This sake reminds us of the crisp and pleasantly sweet tastes you experience biting into a green Mutsu apple (native to Aomori). This lighter nama (unpasteurized sake) is accented by a finish that ends with a little acidity.
