A fizzy, fresh, and savory delight from Yumegokoro Shuzo in Fukushima. This sake is made incorporating the rice lees sediment, or ori, that settles after pressing. The creamy texture, and savoriness of the ori coupled with the lively bubbles makes this a perfect sake for beer and sparkling wine lovers.
