This limited winter release sake uses local Hokkaido rice with a polishing ratio of 55% giving it gentle fruity ginjo flavors of apple and asian pear. Satisfy your sake thirst with the soft, dry finish that Otokoyama Brewery is famous for in this genshu (undiluted sake).
