Mother's Day is May 11

The first thing that struck us about this sake was the modern, eye-catching label. It's no wonder that the current toji and president Ryutaro Miyoshi, who designed it, used to be an interior designer. Reflecting the fresh taste of the sakes that he makes, he has resurrected his family's brewery that sat dormant since 1983, the year he was born.

Enjoy the expressive flavors of this minimal intervention sake. No only is this sake nama, muroka, and a genshu, it's also a daiginjo. So take in the bouquet of aromas and enjoy the velvety texture in the finish. Enjoy chilled in a wine glass with lighter fare such as white fish, chicken, or a salad.

Note: We can ship this sake, but due to the nature of shipping, please note that fluctuations in temperature can affect the freshness of the drink, and we will always recommend picking up locally when possible. Please proceed with shipping at your own risk.
