Jake Myrick and Noriko Kamei started Sequoia Sake in San Francisco in 2015, and they specialize in namas (unpasteurized sakes). Lucky for us, these namas get delivered fresh as they get hand-delivered from right across the Bay. Sequoia Nigori is lively, slightly sweet, with a hint of lychee and tropical fruit; we enjoy this sake chilled but it is fantastic on the rocks too!
