Umami Mart Registry

Made using their flagship Hawaii-only Nami Hana sweet potato shochu as the base spirit, this highly aromatic and herbal gin features many local Hawaiian botanicals including leaves from ti (cordyline fruticosa), jabon tree, and mango. We get notes of intense szechuan pepper (no doubt from the imo shochu), bitter melon, hinoki, menthol, and lime. Aromatic notes of chamomile and licorice root on the finish. This is a contemplative gin that would be great as a sipper or a dirty martini.
