Citrus Aurantium California Vin d'Orange (BTL 750ml)

Tyler Vogel was bartender of the former Camino restaurant for all the years it graced Grand Avenue, and mastermind behind all of its housemade syrups, bitters, sour cherries for the Manhattans, annual batch of Nocino (green walnut liqueur), and vin d'Orange.

We're so lucky that Berkeley's Pekut & Carwick are now bottling Vin d'Orange in the Provence style with signature Seville oranges. While the recipe stems from an old Chez Panisse recipe, this bottle is a unique rendition by Pekut founder Nate Darling. Get notes of bright citrus, vanilla, and rounded bitterness from the Sevilles.
