They've put all of their best people on putting these stellar daiginjos out into the world, and we went for their most premium expression for our shelves. Using 35% milled Yamada Nishiki, this blended sake gives an ever-evolving kaleidoscope of flavor and aroma, ranging from fresh cream, cooked grain, and the most lush and delicate fruit notes. Enjoy crisp pear and apple notes on the nose with soft floral aromas and a silky texture.
