This bottle is a Sake Gumi selection!

Smoky yet dry, we love this sake because it’s got a lot going on in terms of body, but has a nice and clean finish. Don’t expect any pretty aromas from this studly bottle.

This sake smells like the aroma that fills the air of a sake brewery. The bouquet is full of sour yeast and ricey sake kasu (lees). This sake enters earthy but finishes clean. While dry, this sake has a complex mouthfeel that is like a meal in itself. Enjoy this sake at room temperature with salty, savory foods. Japanify recipe pairing: Supaisu Nuttsu (Spiced Nuts) and Shisomaki.
