Sake and Shochu Gumi

Sake kasu and sweet baby spinach on the nose, with a crisp bubbly texture, this sake reminds us of an origarami sake. Enjoy the light effervescence which was acheived by adding young moromi (fermented mash) that was roughly pressed into the clear just before bottling. Use extreme caution when opening and keep very cold!
