Sake and Shochu Gumi

We brought in this genshu natsuzake to balance out the summer portfolio with a dry-as-you-can-get punch. Get notes of cedar, persimmon along with umami coming from the Yamada Nishiki rice. If you want something that is heightened both in dryness and acidity or are a gin fan, this summer nama is calling your name!

Our favorite way to drink this sake is as a sake highball. Combine 3oz of Chokyu Extra Dry Namazake and 3oz of club soda over ice in a tall highball glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon or lime. There's no better way to quench your thirst.

Note: We can ship this sake, but due to the nature of shipping, please note that fluctuations in temperature can affect the freshness of the drink, and we will always recommend picking up locally when possible. Please proceed with shipping at your own risk.
