Aged for 250 days in snow, this delicate sake develops a roundness in flavor from maturing slowly in a low temperature, high humidity atmosphere. Using locally grown Niigata Koshiibuki rice, this subtle sake is best enjoyed with seafood including sashimi, grilled black cod, or roasted chicken. Perfect accompaniment to a fall bird!
