Well known and loved for their sakes, Chiyomusubi Brewery is located in Tottori Japan, and also make spirits like shochu and gin. We get notes of banana bread and pistachio in Hama No Imota. This highly aromatic shochu is excellent on-the-rocks or oyuwari.
